No two barrels of bourbon are the same. Their placement in the warehouse, every change in the weather and every day of aging shapes their distinctive notes and flavors. So while most bourbons are made by batching multiple barrels together to create a consistent flavor. Baker's takes a different approach - no batching, no mixing, just one uncompromised barrel per bottle.

Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, this US1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release our US1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three-year absence from the market, deeming it 'just right' and 'the best it's ever been.' Crucially, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits - hence its 'unblended' distinction.

And so, this whisky catapults The Original's much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach to a new pinnacle of flavour. The extra contact the whisky has with the wood, brings additional mellowness and depth to the whisky.

Paquera Espadín is made with cultivated agave Espadín in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it's use in cocktails but it's also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still.

Jameson Single Pot Still embodies the traditional Irish Whiskey making style after which it is named. Malted and unmalted barley is triple distilled for a rich, unmistakable silkiness with distinctive pot still spiciness. This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

Martell Blue Swift is made from Cognac VSOP matured in French Oak Barrels and finished in United States Bourbon Casks. Subtle notes of candied fruit are complimented by vanilla and toasted oak from the Bourbon Casks.
